Hello, My name is Lore (pronounced like Laura). My husband and I enjoy the farm life, outsideof Lake City, with a couple kids still at home and a total of 5 children ages 28, 26 ,22,17,& 10 and two gorgeous grand-babies.
I have been a cosmetologist for over 20 years and fell in love with the undeniable connection between fitness, nutrition, and cosmetology. My addiction and the satisfaction I receive from helping another feel better about their appearance and over well-being lead me into a Certified Personal Trainer/DNA Based Programmer, Certified Nutritionist, and specializing in hair loss as a Certifed Trichologist. Your body does not need your hair to survive; when you are in a micronutrient deficiency, your body will take it all from your hair!
There are so many reasons for hair loss. I can funnel them into 3 categories, with nutritional being the number one reason, Genetic and Inflammation. I personally had an experience post-covid and was looking for answers. I had a period in my life I lost more hair in 3 months than I ever did post-partum. My hair is not as thick as it once was in my early 20s but I was able to increase my denisty and grow my hair longer than my 22in extensions and my own hair is the longest its ever been. I have helped many identify what type of hair loss and what options are out there to nourish your scalp from the inside out to maintain what you have and create a system to do nothing but encourage growth.
